Official Contest Rules

1. Sponsor

Ball Knowers Anonymous, operated by O'Dea Brothers LLC, Denver, CO.

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family members are not eligible.

3. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not improve your chances of winning.

4. How to Enter

Create a free account at ballknowersanonymous.com. Make moneyline predictions on available sporting events. Each correct prediction extends your win streak. An incorrect prediction resets your streak to zero. You may make a new pick as soon as your current pick resolves.

5. Contest Period

Each monthly contest begins at 12:00 AM ET on the 1st of each calendar month and ends at 4:00 AM ET on the 1st of the following month. Leaderboards reset monthly.

6. Winner Determination

Winners are determined by the longest win streak achieved during the contest period. Your best streak of the month counts, even if it has ended. In the event of a tie, the player who achieved their streak first (by timestamp of the final winning pick) will be ranked higher.

7. Prizes

• 1st Place: $100 USD
• 2nd Place: $25 USD
• 3rd Place: $10 USD

Total approximate retail value of all prizes: $135 USD per month.

8. Prize Fulfillment

Winners will be notified via email within 7 days of the contest period ending. Prizes will be distributed via Venmo, PayPal, or another electronic payment method agreed upon by the winner and Sponsor. Winners must respond within 14 days of notification or forfeit their prize.

9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor, which are final and binding. The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any participant who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules. The Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest at any time for any reason.

10. Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants release and hold harmless the Sponsor from any claims, damages, or liability arising from participation in the contest or acceptance of any prize.

11. Privacy

Information collected from participants is subject to the Sponsor's Privacy Policy at ballknowersanonymous.com/privacy.

12. Governing Law

This contest is governed by the laws of the State of Colorado.
